Replacement MyMathLab for i-College/Vista codes for Previous Users of MyMathLab in Course Compass or MyMathLab in i-College/Vista.

Students are eligible for a replacement MyMathLab code if they meet one of these requirements:

1. Previous GPC students going from Math0096/0097 into Math0098 after having used MyMathLab with Lial/Hornsby Beginning and Intermediate Algebra 4e.

   - OR -

2. Students who are repeating a course where the same edition of the Pearson textbook is being used.

- OR -

3. Students who have mistakenly purchased a MyMathLab access code for CourseCompass that begins with WSCMML. Your code must be provided in the form below, unused and with proof of purchase for replacement.

This applies to students who have used MyMathLab before with the following textbooks:

• Math 0096, 0097, 0098: Lial/Hornsby, Beginning and Intermediate Algebra 4e
• Math 1101: Harshbarger/Yocco, Mathematical Modeling Custom Edition 2e
• Math 1431: Sullivan, Fundamentals of Statistics 2E
• Math 1431: Weiss, Introductory Statistics 8E
• Math 2431/32/2633: Thomas, University Calculus, 1e

Students who are not eligible for replacement codes:

1. Math1111 and Math1113 were new editions in Fall 2009, so students are not eligible for replacement codes.
2. Students who took a course where the teacher did not use MyMathlab.
3. Students who cannot provide verification information.
   

If you believe you are eligible for a free code, please complete the following form. Information on this form will be verified; if the criteria listed above is met then a MyMathLab for Vista student access code will be forwarded to you using the email address provided.
